About

Balanced and sweet with notes of chocolate and toffee, this stunning all-rounder is a celebration of our sourcing principles. The Truth is our house blend and a timeless classic. We work with two outstanding producers to create a blend that is consistent, balanced, sweet and works great with milk. Our focus is on building long-term and sustainable relationships with our entire supply chain in order to ensure consistency, traceability and great quality. As part of our seasonal adjustments to maintain freshness, we update the components of The Truth blend annually. It rotates from a Brazil/Peru blend to a Brazil/Honduras blend every 6 months. Brazil Legender Sitio Trio: this coffee comes from three small family-run farms - Sitio Cafundo, Sitio Tripui and Barreiro - in the municipality of Campestre, sitting at around 1,250m above sea level. They're part of the Legender series, a Brazil-based project built on the idea that the country's best coffee comes from small family farms, not industrialised mega farms. The coffee is naturally processed, giving caramel, dark chocolate and a syrupy smoothness that anchors the blend. Honduras Finca Los Ranchitos y Las Anonas: grown in the high-altitude hills near Yuscaran, this coffee comes from just over 12 hectares of land shared by father and son Sebastian and Orlin Valladares. The cool nights and misty mornings slow down cherry development, creating rich, complex flavour. This lot brings a dense plummy sweetness to the blend, with a sticky texture that holds up beautifully in milk.
