This blend represents the best of this season's crop, offering a more complex, sweet, fruit-forward cup. It is a celebration of the long-term producer relationships we've built over the years. Each season we select the best our supply chain has to offer, focusing on lots that are a little more complex, fruitier and just that bit more special. In the cup you'll find notes of candied peel, dried fig and sticky toffee with a citrusy acidity, jammy body and a sweet pudding-like finish. With milk it has a lingering sweetness with flavours of dried apricot and butterscotch. Honduras, El Chollo: Finca El Chollo is owned by Carlos Mejia and named after his nickname, Chollo, carrying on a five-generation family tradition. Peru, Max Rupay: in 2024 we visited Peru to meet some of the producers behind Velo de Novia, among them Maximo Rupay, who welcomed us to his farm in the mountains of northern Cajamarca. Ethiopia, Guji Natural: a much-loved single origin from the Guji Zone in southern Ethiopia, where seven smallholder farmers deliver ripe cherries to Bette Buna's central mill known as Megadu Farm.
