About

A sweet and juicy coffee with notes of red fruits, dried apricots and oolong tea leads to a creamy body and lingering finish. High up in the Colombian Andes, where altitudes soar past 2000m, the coffee gets dense and sweet. Inza is where Colombian culture meets coffee perfection. The region's coffee has deep roots and today it's thriving thanks to local farmers growing high-quality coffees. Sourced through Cofinet, a family business with over 80 years in coffee, who are committed to more than just sourcing. This coffee comes from smallholder farmers in Inza, where the average farm is 0.5 to 1.5 hectares. The region is home to the Paez, an indigenous community whose deep connection to the land has shaped farming practices and environmental stewardship.
