About

Roasted a little darker for a more intense, dark chocolate and caramel character, this blend punches but never tastes burnt. This is a journey to the dark side: two sustainably sourced coffees roasted a little hotter and longer for more body and intensity, grown by two speciality coffee producers in Brazil and Guatemala who dedicate their time to producing the sweetest, highest quality coffees. Brazil Legender Sitio Trio comes from three small family-run farms - Sitio Cafundo, Sitio Tripui and Barreiro - in the municipality of Campestre at around 1,250m above sea level, part of the Legender series built on the idea that Brazil's best coffee comes from small family farms. The coffee is naturally processed, giving caramel, dark chocolate and a syrupy smoothness. Guatemala Sisterhood is grown entirely by women in Huehuetenango, one of Guatemala's most iconic coffee growing regions, sourced through Primavera, who work directly with smallholder women farmers and pay premiums for top-grade coffees with full traceability back to the farm.
