Jaen's warmer, drier climate in northern Cajamarca, Peru, develops a rounded, sweet profile in El Eucalipto. Juicy fruit notes are complemented by a subtle florality and low acidity finish in the cup. El Eucalipto is grown by producer Clever Torres on his five-hectare farm in Jaen, Peru. Named after the eucalyptus trees planted across the farm as natural windbreaks, it reflects a considered and holistic approach to cultivation, with guava also grown among the coffee to support soil health. The result is a bright profile layered with notes of nectarine, lime and red grape, complemented by a delicate florality. Coffee will be sent out in our mailer bags.
