Approachable and well-rounded, Los Altos is a coffee we're proud to welcome back year after year. Its smooth and sweet profile is shaped by high-altitude terroir, precise washed processing, and fifteen years of meaningful partnership. Los Altos is a geographically dynamic farm composed of just over 70 hectares of rolling coffee hills at the base of Kilambe Mountain. This coffee is roasted to showcase the relationship between the farm and roastery by highlighting the unique markers of terroir, and imparting our identity on the final cup. This creates a coffee that is approachable, familiar and full of flavour. For this Mainstay coffee we draw from the higher altitude areas of the farm, to showcase the crisp acidity, whilst maintaining the smooth body and sweet nuttiness inherent in the terroir. Listed on the site as 'Los Altos + Fellow Series One Competition Entry': with every purchase you are automatically entered into a draw to win a Fellow Series 1 espresso machine and Fellow Opus 2 bundle worth over GBP 2,000.
