Resolute is our flagship espresso blend, curated for a timeless, balanced and full‑bodied cup. Expect notes of red fruit, nuts and milk chocolate, carried by a creamy body and lingering caramel sweetness. Sourced with consistency and community projects at its core, the blend draws on coffees from South and Central America, rotating biannually with harvest seasonality.

Roaster Notes

"This season’s Resolute is a blend of coffees from Nicaragua and Brazil. The Nicaraguan component is sourced from Bridazul, a partner supporting producers to transition from commodity to speciality coffee. Through agronomic guidance, processing infrastructure, and market access, they enable greater independence and long-term resilience at origin. The Brazilian component comes from Mistura de Sítios, a project initiated by our Head of Coffee, Stephen, in 2024 in collaboration with our exporting partner in Brazil. This community lot brings together coffees from six smallholder producers, creating a collective that champions those often overlooked within a large-scale export system."
