Warm up the season with our limited-edition bourbon barrel-aged coffee! Infused with velvety vanilla, sweet honey notes, and a smooth, toasty finish, this brew brings pure holiday cheer to every cup. A magical blend of premium Rwandan beans and barrels from Cotswold Distillery and Kentucky Bourbon. In October 2023, we embarked on an intriguing experiment: barrel-ageing our speciality coffee in oak Bourbon whisky barrels sourced from Kentucky. This unique venture was made possible through a collaboration with Cotswold Distillery. We tested a variety of speciality washed, natural and honey-processed arabica coffees, and allowed them to rest in eight-year-old, single-use barrels. The result is a coffee with rich, boozy decadence, brimming with notes of vanilla and honey sweetness. Roaster Notes

"This blend is a perfect harmony of Cotswold Distillery's finest single malt whisky and aged Bourbon barrels from Kentucky, woven together with the world's finest speciality Rwandan Bourbon variety Arabica beans. Due to the necessity of aging each batch in the cask for up to fourteen days, there might occasionally be a brief delay before the coffee is roasted. The taste and strength of the whiskey notes can also differ, as various casks impart distinct characteristics to the coffee, much like single-cask whiskies."
