About

High-elevation Colombian coffee grown in Cauca's volcanic soils. Bright, crisp fruit leads the cup, balanced by a smooth roasted almond sweetness. Clean, consistent, and versatile for everyday home brewing. This Colombian coffee comes from the highlands of Cauca, a region known for balance, clarity, and consistency in the cup. Grown at high elevations in mineral-rich volcanic soils, this coffee delivers bright fruit character supported by a smooth, nutty sweetness. Cauca has a long tradition of smallholder coffee farming. Most farms here are under one hectare, allowing producers to carefully harvest and process their coffee by hand. Up front, expect crisp notes of cranberry and red apple. As it cools, the cup rounds out with gentle sweetness and a roasted almond finish. The acidity is lively but balanced, making this an easy, everyday drinker that still has plenty of character. Roaster Notes

"Cauca is located in southwest Colombia, nestled between the Pacific coast and the Andean mountain range. Coffee in Cauca is typically grown at elevations ranging from 1,800 to 2,100 meters above sea level, where cooler temperatures slow cherry maturation. The region's volcanic soils are rich in minerals and play a significant role in shaping the cup profile, contributing to bright acidity, clean structure, and balanced sweetness. Best brew methods: Pour-Over, Drip, AeroPress, Espresso."
