"Half-decaffeinated blend: 50% El Pato Decaf from Tabaconas, San Ignacio province, Cajamarca, Peru (25 smallholders, focused on the village of La Bermeja and the Quiroz family; Catuai, Pache and Catimor varieties; washed and ethyl acetate decaffeinated) and 50% El Recuerdo from the Salaverria family in Santa Ana, El Salvador (Bourbon, washed). Both components light roasted. bean_type recorded as Blend rather than Decaf: only half the blend is decaffeinated and the page presents it as a half-caffeinated blend, not as a decaf product (Square Mile lists its actual decafs separately as Decaf Espresso and Decaf Filter), so it is not a decaffeinated coffee."
