Union San Pedro Decaf returns to fill your cup, deliciously sweet and moreish with notes of chocolate, hazelnut and raspberry. Produced in the Sierra Sur region of Oaxaca, Mexico, this annual favourite has become a staple in our lineup. The work at Union San Pedro continues. Bolstering their year-on-year investments in biofertilisers, members across all 8 regions have been building on their commitment to processing and fermentation, yielding truly astonishing results. In addition to washed coffees, most producers are now working with natural and honey processes and, most importantly, have moved beyond the short 12-hour fermentations that were once the norm, with longer fermentation times giving their coffees more structure and sweetness. This year’s lot represents 30 small-scale producers and, delicious as ever, offers the perfect cup all day long. Too good to put down, Union San Pedro never disappoints!
