The Baron represents Climpson & Sons' approach to building long-term relationships within specialty coffee. Sourced through Bruno de Souza as part of "Bruno's Pick", this coffee comes from a network of producers across Minas Gerais rather than a single farm. The 2025 growing season in Brazil was challenging, with prolonged dry conditions affecting harvest volumes. In response, the sourcing strategy evolved while maintaining the established flavour profile: chocolate, nuts, clean sweetness, and a smooth, dependable character. Built for espresso, perfect with milk, just as good black. Multiple grind options are available, including domestic espresso (for home machines) and commercial espresso (for professional equipment).
