Union Coffee is a pioneering London specialty coffee roaster founded in 2001 by Steven Macatonia and Jeremy Torz. From its East London roastery, Union hand-roasts coffee in small batches and works directly with producer partners across 14 countries. Its sourcing model prioritises long-term relationships, fairer prices and improving livelihoods, while its range spans house blends, single origins and limited microlots.
