La Isla Catigua. Varietal: Catigua. Preparation: Yellow Honey. Location: Naranjo, West Valley. Altitude: 1550 masl. Importer: Horsham Coffee Roaster. La Isla farm, owned by Luis Padilla, has won several Cup of Excellence awards. The Catigua varietal is a Brazilian hybrid of Catuai and Timor developed for disease resistance. The farm covers 10.5 hectares.
