Brazil Single Origin. Processing Method: Natural. Varietal: Various. Currently features a natural processed coffee from the Mantiqueira co-operative of producers (Inhame Farm). After harvesting the coffee is dried on concrete patios until reaching 30% moisture content, then moved to mechanical driers to reduce moisture to 12%.
