Produced in partnership with over 1,000 local smallholder farmers, this coffee showcases the exciting potential of experimental fermentation. Developed by Valentin Kamenyi and his team, "Intego" (meaning Resolution) was created through a series of carefully refined anaerobic natural processing trials designed to unlock exceptional flavour and body. The result is a distinctive coffee with vibrant fruit notes, a rich, syrupy mouthfeel, and remarkable clarity in the cup.
