Named after the cormorant, the seabird often spotted along the waterfront in Liverpool and the inspiration behind the city's iconic Liver bird, this blend is a tribute to heritage, character, and bold flavour. Cormorant brings together two exceptional East African coffees: a vibrant Kenyan from the Murang'a region and a beautifully structured Tanzanian from the Songwe region. The result is a blend that's expressive, fruit-forward, and deeply comforting. In the cup: Expect super-sweet plum and cherry notes up front, bursting with juicy brightness. Add milk and the sweetness deepens and softens into rich treacle and luscious plum jam, layered, rounded, and indulgent.
