Village Espresso has been a Clifton staple since we began roasting in 2013. Rich, sweet, and versatile, it's a favourite among both staff and customers. Now, it's getting an upgrade. This year, we're bringing our Honduran coffee to the forefront with a new single-origin House Espresso: Village Organic. Sourced through our newly developed organic supply chains, Village Organic celebrates the work of COMUCAP — a cooperative of female farmers in La Paz, Honduras. These women produce exceptional organic coffee while promoting gender equality and community empowerment. Grown in the mountains of La Paz, it's known for its full-bodied flavour with notes of hazelnut and fig jam. With a focus on sustainability and fair trade, Village Organic delivers a great cup with real impact.
