Watch House

WatchHouse is a London specialty coffee roaster founded in 2014 on Bermondsey Street. Its first café occupied a former 19th-century watch house, giving the brand its name and establishing its focus on coffee, design and hospitality. Since opening its London roastery in 2020, WatchHouse has developed a seasonal range sourced from producers around the world, with coffees carefully profiled to bring clarity, balance and character to the cup.
