Skylark is a 100% non-profit, fully transparent specialty coffee brand, roasting exceptional coffee at the foot of the South Downs near Brighton. We pay top specialty prices to producers, then give away all our profits to charities working on conservation, empowerment and employment. Our goal is simple: to make coffee more just, inclusive and sustainable — from farm to cup.

This seemed like a perfect BeanScore match, and it absolutely delivered. Stunning in a flat white, rich milk chocolate sweetness with bursts of cherry coming through beautifully. This is exactly the kind of coffee I love: balanced, smooth, and flavourful without trying too hard. Easily straight into my top 3 coffees of all time.
