Redemption Roasters

Redemption Roasters is a London specialty coffee roaster with a distinctive social mission: using coffee to reduce reoffending. Founded in 2016, it began by establishing a roastery inside HMP Aylesbury, training people in prison for careers in coffee and hospitality. Today, Redemption Roasters combines specialty coffee roasting with barista training, employment opportunities and a growing network of London coffee shops.
