This Brazilian single-origin espresso embodies the spirit of Sombra, which translates to 'shade' in Portuguese. Sombra represents Volcano's agroforestry initiative established by farmer Mió and funded every time you drink this coffee. By cultivating a vibrant forest ecosystem around water sources, the shade-grown coffee fosters a haven for birdlife. Rich hints of hazelnut and dark chocolate with touches of plum; when combined with milk it develops a velvety toffee taste.
