We have become big fans of Peruvian coffees over the last few years, and this lot stood out when we were working through samples from our friends at Raw Material. This roast profile gives lots of chocolate and nut notes with lovely, sweet brown sugar flavours coming through. Making this super approachable and versatile across all brewing methods.

Roaster Notes

"Finca Churupampa and surrounding farms, San Ignacio, Cajamarca, Peru. Altitude 1800-2000m. Varietals: Caturra, Pache and Catimor. Process: Washed. A small family-run operation in the Chirinos area of northern Peru representing 28 coffee-producing families, providing drying infrastructure, promoting organic compost and supporting crop diversity beyond coffee."
