This coffee is grown in Tarrazu, Costa Rica, part of the "Area of the Saints", a world-renowned region in the lush mountains south of San Jose. Known for its high altitude, volcanic soil and cool climate that ensures beans ripen slowly, producing complex, sweet, and medium bodied coffees.
