Origin: Brazil, Region: Paranaiba, Farm: Cachoeira, Altitude: 1100 MASL. Varietal: Yellow Catuai. Process: Natural. Cupping Notes: With milk there are hints of sweet toffee and classic milk chocolate; black there is a smooth acidity to start, followed by a syrupy strawberry-like sweetness.
