About

Expect a sweet, rounded cup with bright, balanced acidity. Vibrant tropical fruit is lifted by lemon zest, with a soft sponge cake sweetness through the finish. Brewed as a V60, it's light and juicy, with a character reminiscent of a tropical IPA. On AeroPress or espresso, it develops a richer body and more dessert-like sweetness. This coffee is grown at around 1,600 metres above sea level in the foothills of Uganda's Rwenzori Mountains. Smallholder farmers tend plots of just one to two acres, hand-picking cherries at peak ripeness. These are delivered daily to a local buying centre established by Agri Evolve, where quality is assessed and farmers are paid directly.
