About

A classic natural processed lot of local landrace varieties produced at Lalesa processing site owned and run by the Ephtah coffee exporters team. This coffee is great for espresso machines and stovetops as well as a fuller bodied aeropress or cafetiere brews. Great on its own and with milk. The listing also covers Ephtah's community impact initiatives, its women's empowerment programmes and the processing station's operational capacity.

"Produced by small-holder growers around the Lalesa processing site in the Gedeb woreda, Gedeo Zone, southern Ethiopia; the station is owned and managed by Ephtah Speciality Coffee. Altitude around 2000 masl. Cultivated local landrace varieties. Natural process: sorted, cleaned and dried in cherry on raised beds. Ephtah runs community impact and women's empowerment initiatives."
